a little bit of blog love

I am just tickled pink that after a few short months a fellow blogger (whom I totally stalk) decided to nominate me for a Liebster Award!

“Carrie” from Searching for Middle Ground has a special way of blogging about all things from food, DIY projects, home decor, marriage,  and everything in between! You should definitely check her out and stalk her like I do not only for her mad writing skills but also because she uses the term “aboot” and she’s not even Canadian.

So what is the Liebster award?

The Liebster Award is an award given to blogs with fewer than 200 followers with the purpose of helping AWESOME BLOGS (Yes! I’m included in the Awesome category!) a bit of a BOOST in the way of followers, fans and subscribers.

Obviously I am very flattered and still can’t believe that people other than Cheryl’s Mom reads my musings. Thanks for helping my readership grow!

Accepting this award means you’ve got a small check-list to take care of:

1. Copy and paste the award on your blog.
2. Thank the giver and link back to the blogger who gave it to you.
3. Reveal your top 5 picks and let them know by leaving a comment on their blog.
4. Hope that your followers will spread the love to other bloggers.

It’s really hard to only pick five because there are so many great bloggers out there but if I have to choose the greatest victims of my blog-stalking they would be:

1. Little Red Purse

2. The Little White Dress

3. Life in Modification

4. Don’t call me Brenda

5. Death to Hungry Bride

So procrastinate whatever you came to the computer to do a little longer and go check these people out! Big thank you to Searching for Middle Ground for the nomination and readership 🙂
